The morning ritual.
Updated: Jul 24

A brighter, shorter kind of pause — what considered body care looks like before the day begins.
Most of the writing on ritual assumes evening. The dim light. The end of the day. The exhale.
But mornings deserve one too.
The morning ritual isn’t a shorter version of the evening one. It’s a different shape entirely. The evening asks you to slow down. The morning asks you to arrive. To meet the day in your own skin, on your own terms, before the world starts asking things of you.
Magnesium Body Butter is designed for both. In the morning, the ritual is briefer — a smaller amount, warmed quickly between palms, applied at the collarbone and the inside of the wrists. The lavender registers softly. Two minutes at most. Then coffee, or breath, or the walk to the kitchen.
The point isn’t to change your morning. It’s to notice that you have one.
Care, the way we mean it, begins there.
Begin the ritual.
Magnesium Body Butter — rich enough to ask for slow circular massage, silky enough to fold into the skin without resistance. Lightly scented with lavender, made to reward a slow hand.
